Apply for a Business Mentor

To apply for a business mentor, please complete the following process:

Step 1:     Enter your email address
Step 2 :     Confirm you are eligible for a Business Mentors New Zealand mentor
Step 3 :     Complete the mentor application form
Step 4 :     Provide background information to assist us in finding the right mentor for you
Step 5 :     Read and accept the Client Commitment Contract
Step 6 :   Pay the non-refundable Registration Fee of $100.00 + GST using your Visa, MasterCard or debit card – please have your credit card ready
Step 7 :   Payment Acceptance and Application Confirmation

Important Notes

Registration Fee

New Clients:

From 1 October 2007 all new clients of Business In The Community Limited and its service, Business Mentors New Zealand, are required to pay a registration fee of $100.00 plus GST ($112.50 including GST).

This registration fee is used by Business In The Community Limited as a contribution towards the administration costs associated with providing its clients with a volunteer business mentor.

The volunteer mentor's time is at no cost and the mentoring service is available as long as is appropriate, based on the agreed objectives between the agency co-ordinator, mentor, and you, the client.
The registration fee is not refundable.

Existing Clients:

Existing clients of Business In The Community Limited can reapply to the Business Mentors New Zealand service within two years of the original application date at no cost.

After two years have elapsed the registration fee will apply.

Note:

Our volunteer mentor(s) will donate their time specifically to help you with your business. We ask that you recognise this by making sure that you qualify for the programme and that you are prepared and punctual when you meet with your mentor.
